I have a book suggestion for you. It is called "Faithful: Two Diehard Red Sox Fans Chronicle the storic 2004 Season" by Stewart O'Nan and Stephen King. (Stephen King author of all those horror and thriller classics).
This book was written in 2004 during the season and actually went to print right before the end of the season when the Boston Red Sox won the World Series this was not the original ending of the book and it had to be retracted and changed to fit history correctly. A great read for any sports fan if you have not read it I would highly recommend it. I live in a relatively small town and we have "Faithful" at my local library and I would bet you will find it at your library as well.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
