Atheists: do you love mankind as much as you love yourselves?

If you're basing your question on the fact that on Yahoo Answers, there are atheists that have to constantly defend themselves against a barrage of bigoted, uninformed, foolish and sometimes even offensive questions by some of the more fundamentalist theists on here, then yes atheists do spend time talking about religion. But this is the Religion and Spirituality section of Yahoo Answers, what are the supposed to talk about...fish? Honestly, if you can't handle the fact that people talk about religion of their lack thereof in a public forum based on Religion, then clearly you are too stupid to remain on Yahoo Answers.

(And given the idiocy of some of the questions on here, that's really saying something.) You should be aware that all around you, every single day, are people who don't believe in your god. They may believe in their own god, or gods, or gasp, not believe in any gods at all. They just don't mention it.

You better be careful. They're everywhere. And its not like you can force them to wear badges to identify them either...

I rarely ever talk about religion as an atheist, and my theist friends rarely talk about religion with me either. We kinda just hang out. This website is just a little side hobby I have when I feel like wasting time.

So naturally it's gonna seem like everyone here spends their whole lives taking down religion or something.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
