Shure sm 57 is the BEST mult-purpose mic. Very rugged too; can take a licken & keep on ticken.
The SM 57 is good for recording a distorted guitar amplifier, a snare drum, or a screaming vocalist...but that's about it. I would suggest a large diaphragm condenser microphone like this one: recordingquestions.com/gear/audio-techni... This microphone is much better suited to vocals or voice-over work and does not require an audio interface like th 57 does.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
