The USA. I'm Canadian and want to move to America so badly! There's crime and drugs here too, as there is in every other country you listed.
It just depends on the area. And I've heard rumours of the US creating stricter gun laws. I recommend you stay.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
