If you apply the powder lightly with a large powder brush I don't think it will look cakey. Just try to focus on your T-zone instead of applying the powder all over your face. :).
I couldn't give you an honest answer because I haven't tried this particular combination. I have used MAC foundation with the Bareminerals setting powder and it was okay but I think if you use the Bareminerals foundation powder you might run a risk of making yourself like several shades darker.
I have used the L'Oreal True Match Naturale (their mineral makeup) as a setting powder over True Match liquid foundation. It works well if you use a very large brush, a light touch and a very small amount of product. If you use too much product or a small brush, it can get a little cakey. My skin tends toward oily all over and very oily in the T-zone.
Drier skins may see different results.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
