Absolutely. Animals used for dairy and eggs are treated very well and you shouldn't feel bad about consuming either of those food types. By doing so your body will thank you for the vitamins,minerals,Iron and proteins that they are both rich In.
No matter what some people will tell you, Vegans and vegetarians are not the same thing. Vegans eat only plant based foods. Vegetarians also eat eggs, cheese, honey etc.. Just not actual animal flesh.
