Becoming a vegetarian can I still eat SMALL portions of fish, milk and eggs?

Absolutely. Animals used for dairy and eggs are treated very well and you shouldn't feel bad about consuming either of those food types. By doing so your body will thank you for the vitamins, minerals,Iron and proteins that they are both rich In.

No matter what some people will tell you, Vegans and vegetarians are not the same thing. Vegans eat only plant based foods. Vegetarians also eat eggs, cheese, honey etc.. Just not actual animal flesh.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
