Best place(s) to search for college scholarships including free searches, paid programs, etc?

Zinch. Com! It worked great for me.It allows a student from HS to enter a profile, and have all their interests, etc. Matched up with thousands of scholarships.

It also sends reminders and the site has its own scholarships like the Ammunition for Tuition $20,000 scholarship and others. Students can search for colleges, but colleges can also search for, and contact, students, allowing kids to explore options they didn't even know they had. Zinch provides the Talent Showcase where students can upload photos, art, writing, films, and audio to demonstrate to colleges what they do best!

Students get the chance to meet other kids as well, check up on internship opportunities AND once they're in college, their profile is upgraded to a college profile for more scholarships, job opportunities, etc.IT'S FREE and totally helpful. It's done in teen-friendly language and sometimes their contests are quite a bit of fun. Good luck.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
