What is the best site (free or paid) for tracking a health plan (workouts, food, etc) and recieving help from a health coach (paid ofc)?

Spark People is a great health community. I've been there for a couple of years. You connect with people who have similar health goals and motivate each other.

sparkpeople.com.

Well I am a P90X coach and I can say the best site for this is teambeachbody.com.. You can track everything here for free. You will just have to enter customized workouts if you are not doing any of the workouts offered from teambeachobody. Also make sure to do the free memebership and if it ask for a referral add mrsixpack (thats me) :O) Good luck and happy holidays.

I would look at the following and see which fits your tastes the best: - Fitday. Com - CalorieCount. Com (this is the one that I use) - FatSecret.Com - DailyPlate.

Com (this was formerly LiveStrong I think) - I don't have an iPhone, but if you do, there is an app called LoseIt (has both a free and paid I believe) that I know is pretty awesome. I know these apps cover food / calories as well as calories burned. There might be some that also focus on more details of the actual workout too.

Hope this helps! Have a great day!

You can try youtube. Com for taking the advantage of it!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
