Best way to sync PDFs with an iPad?

There are two ways to sync a directory of PDFs on your MAC to your iPad. The first method is to Send yourself an email with the PDFs attached while the second method is to Sync the PDFs as iBooks on iTunes. *The first method is by email.To do this, you have to attach the PDFs you want in an email and send it to yourself.
