Until the GOP gets out of the stone age, nobody they put forward will be able to defeat any Democratic candidate. You have to realize that these "fundamental" beliefs that Republicans hold so dear are part of a dying generation and over the next 10 to 20 years, you are essentially going to see Christianity and everything the GOP stands for go down the drain just like segregation and slavery.
Rubio could take some of the Latino vote and Rice could take some of the black vote and woman vote. Neither is capable of winning the GOP primaries. And neither is capable of taking the general election against Hillary And lets not forget that many of the demographics gained by somebody like Rice will cause a loss of votes within her own party.
In other words, there's no way a redneck republican shouting racial rants against Obama is going to support a black or latino. The little support they do get won't be enough to win the nomination.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
