Two different issues here:1) Hot water in kitchen is taking away some of the hot water that was being used in the shower. The water supply is under-configured and so the kitchen water has to come from somewhere else. Nothing you can do about that without re-plumbing the whole house.2) Bubbly noise is somewhat related - the flow of water to where it is being used causes a partial vacuum in the pipes (very minor).

This is a variation of the Bernouilli effect that deals with the behavior of fluids and gases. Essentially, in a non-closed system, the movement of water causes a difference in presssure in the pipes and water is being sucked from the sinks and toilets to equalize that pressure.

Water heater too small. Drain vent problems....probably too small.

The pipes in the brand-new building that housed the classrooms over at Harvest C.F. Did that. Some air had gotten into the pipes and was unremovable, such that any time water went down the drain, the pipes bubbled. The fix was digging down to where the air was trapped and swapping out pipes .. .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
