Boss told unemployment I quit when actually we talked and both agreed a layoff best answer?

I am into REVERSE SPEECH. You can check out one of my hubpages on the subject or google reverse speech or goto youtube directly and put reverse speech in their search box. It's a facinating subject and in my opinion I would goto your employer or call him on the phone and record the conversation concerning your layoff.

Then put it on your computer and play it back backwards. You need a program like audacity or any other program that will let you do that. S reverse speech may reveal wheather you were fired or not.It will also reveal what you say backwards,so you should be prepared to accept what you say backwards as a result of doing this.

I'm sure his lawyer would. Of,course a lie detector is not 100% accurate as to the truth and this will probably be seen in the same light by the judge. Then again who knows for sure.

Well, if you get a hearing, you get to tel your side of things to the Judge. But often the employer does this kind of thing because it puts the burden on you as the claimant. It is always best to have a written agreement, but frankly, I would be surprised to see an employer give you a writing to that effect.

Tell the Judge what happened. Get an advocate/attorney to help you.

You're pretty screwed unless you got it in writing from your old employer. Never agree to unemployment only verbally. Make him put it in writing.

Your best bet now, is to take it to L&I and have them help you prove your case. It will be tricky, but its your only option now unless you can get your old employer to admit that you didn't quit.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
