Whipped butter is healther than solid butter. I love the taste of butter - beats margarine hands down, but the fat in it prevents me from eating it. I use Brummel and Brown.

The "health" answer is neither. BOTH are unnecessary fats added to the food for mere flavor reasons. Acquiring a taste for unflavored vegetables is both possible and healthier.
Butter is better. It might have more saturated fat in it, but not as much of the dreaded TRANS FATS (read that in an echo-y voice) or chemicals... like partially hydrogenated oils. TRANS FATS are twice as damaging as saturated fat (according to my college health book, which came out in 2010).
But, as always, everything in moderation. I personally think real butter just tastes better.
I choose butter because of the taste. It taste so much better to me.
