Buying new PC... Buy now or wait until Windows Vista is more established?

I would go with an ASUS, TOSHIBA OR HP stay away from ACER because mine recently caught on fire and it was only 4 months old also stay away from EMACHINES AND GATEWAY total crap those are Also look for a machine with the following specs Intel i3 or AMD VISION with at least 2.4GHz or higher 4-8GB DDR3 Ram A dedicated graphics card like a Radeon HD please stay away from intel graphics they suck 500GB HDD or larger in storage since gaming files are big Full size keyboard with numeric keypad.

For a notebook computer, get a macbook and use VMware Fusion or Bootcamp to emulate windows and use your games and software. I love Both PC and Mac, but I have found that Apple makes superior notebook computers. Custom (make it yourself) or ASUS make the best PC desktops.

My tech motto is: get an Apple laptop, get a Windows desktop.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
