The answer is right... Your integral is right but the volume is limited by y=0 Then you must subtract from your answer the volume between y=0 and y =3, that is: ( integral(0 to 1) pi 3^2) ... it is not part of the solid. The the answer is the value you get, 203pi/15 - 9pi = 68pi/15 OK!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
