If no citations were given, it is very unlikely this will happen. If the police were called, and a ticket was not given for driving without insurance (which should have happened) then it makes even less sense. If the police were not called, there is no proof the accident happened and the whole liability thing would be in question.As collection agencies do, these people are lying to you.
The next time they call, tell them that they are harassing you and that you are seeking counsel on their claim, but that false threats are only going to get THEM into legal trouble.
