Can a driver drive a car without being on the insurance policy?

Already asked and answered. Again....read below: "Any individual who holds a drivers license whether related or not (such as a roommate), who resides in a household, may be required to be listed on an auto insurance policy which covers a household vehicle depending upon the insurer's underwriting guidelines. In some states, exclusions are available for both family residents and other household members who do not drive the household vehicle and, therefore, do not require coverage.

The insurance company has the right to ask about all licensed household members since typically state laws require that the insurance company cover any household members that have a drivers license *regardless* of whether the insurance company has been notified or not. Thus, they want to know about all these people so they can properly assess their risk and calculate the insurance rates based on this (as well as other) rating factors.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
