Retainers do not move teeth. As the name implies, retainers only "retain" teeth in their position once braces are removed. Sure if the teeth move very, very slightly after you don't wear your retainer for a couple weeks, the retainer may actually move them a tiny bit back into position.
But, if your teeth have truly moved out of position, braces or some sort of active treatment will be required. Your orthodontist will not do this for free. Sorry about the bad news.
Good luck!
They have retainers that they can make slight adjustments to bring those teeth back into position before it gets worse.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
