There is no national standard for radio codes. They are determined be each local agency. In my area, 10-codes vary between some of the local departments, so we use plain language when talking to them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
