Can anybody help me in searching for multi-lingual translation software?

Recently, Google Translate has much improved. I've used it for translations from German to English and Dutch to English. The result is not bad at all.

Still you need to brush up the text, but by and large, translation time is much reduced. In his book Planet Google, Randall Stross tells a fascinating story about Google Translate's approach. It uses statistics rather than rules, and has beaten established translation software in a contest for a few years in a row.

Try with Language Weaver. It’s said that Language Weaver’s translation products learn to translate by example, so the language translator is easily trained to match the vernacular of any organization through natural language processing.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
