Can anyone tell me anything about safepay escrow?

My wife dealt with them once. She said it was a lot like using Paypal, with extra security, a longer wait, and larger amounts of money. Essentially, any intermediary to handle your money is technically an escroe (you could call Paypal that!), but Safepay seemed to be special emphasis on the "safe" part of their name.

Other than that, she said it was fairly simple.
