Can BMW x5 navigation be used in any other vehicle?

You probably can set itt up in any car though it was design to fit in a BMW. So, you might have problams with finding plaes for it to fit. But be creative!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
