Once you've recovered from a depressive episode, one good way to stay on track is to have a person, or even several people, who care about you maintaining your health and who will check in with you occasionally to make sure that you continue to stay healthy. This could be a trusted friend, family member, romantic partner, therapist, doctor or one or more group members if you belong to a support group of any kind. Make it a habit to check in regularly, either at the start of a session if the person is your therapist, or at monthly or even weekly intervals in conversations or phone calls.
Make an agreement with this person that if he or she sees you starting to slip back into your old habits, to encourage you to continue nurturing your good health. Ask the person to help you stick to your new healthy lifestyle, and agree to help this person stay on track with his or her goals, in return.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
