Can heartburn not "burn"?

It is possible that what might be disturbing your chest might be acid reflux and it might also not be the cause. Other symptoms of acid reflux are: Regurgitation, Dyspepsia or stomach discomfort, Upper abdominal pain, Burping, Nausea after eating and bloating.
