Can I be a muslim girl without wearing the hijab?

I wish that everyone could appreciate the differences in culture, rather than resenting them. By scarf I assume you mean the face covering? That is cultural, not religious.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
