Can I breed my 7 month old male jack russel x border terrier as he is very randy?

The shelters are full and more dogs are put down every day because there aren't enough homes. Breeding your dog is just adding to the problem. I would suggest having him neutered.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
