Can I grow marijuana in my own home and in my own backyard? Where is marijuana legal to grow?

Most states with laws permitting the use of medical marijuana also allow patients and/or their caregivers to cultivate their own marijuana plants. As of June 2010, patients and caregivers can cultivate marijuana for medical purposes in 13 of the 14 medical marijuana states. In Alaska, medical marijuana users may cultivate no more than six marijuana plants, of which no more than three may be mature.

California allows medical marijuana users to cultivate six mature (or 12 immature) marijuana plants at a time. In Colorado, medical marijuana users may cultivate up to six marijuana plants, with three or fewer being mature, flowering plants that are producing a usable form of marijuana. Home cultivation of medical marijuana is not allowed in New Jersey and a special license is required to do so in New Mexico.

Well for my experience I would NOT grow them in my backyard because it is a 60% chance you will be caught. And that no state will allow you to grow any marijuana unless you want to create a farm and approved by the government that you can grow only for medicine for other people that need it badly.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
