His techniques are not training methods as they are not teachable. They work for him, I don't have a problem with him or what he does. The one thing I wish people would get is that he does say 'see a local trainer' to the people at home, and I wish he would say it more often and more loudly.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
