Can I open a Tire shop in Canada where I will work on customers tires and sell used tires?

Most businesses need at least that amount to set up shop, buy inventory, and run for the year or two it takes before the shop becomes profitable. Have you checked out the tire shop situation in any town in Canada? It's quite possible they already have enough tire shops.

Have you checked out how many of those tire shops are part of a big chain? A big chain has the resources to lower their prices for a year or however long it takes to drive you out of business. It then becomes a race of the pockets, and the chain probably has much deeper pockets than you do. You probably need to find some place that is not served by any existing tire shop.

Years ago (1974) I tried to place a phone call from a public phone booth in Brainerd, Minnesota. Could not do it-- it seemed like every third car needed a new muffler! That would have been a good time and place to open a muffler shop!

Last time I visited there the cars were all quiet, so now it's too late for that. You also need to talk to the Canadian consulate. Most countries welcome people that want to start up businesses, but you can't get in unless you can "show them the money".

Literally, you have to show them you have enough funds to set up a business and hire a few of the natives. Otherwise, Hasta La Vista, Baby. Ooops, wrong neighbor.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
