Can I post an rough draft excerpt of something here, and re edit it and publish it later?

Ashley, it's totally acceptable to post a draft so long as there is enough text so that HubPages doesn't consider it "substandard". You should try to have 500 words or so, but if you post less, that's okay too. Then you're welcome to edit it later!

Oh its more than 500 words I can assure that. Thank you for the answer. I just don't want to post it here, try to publish in my book, and someone find it thinking I stole it when it is indeed my work.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
