Those are compatible with each other, but they won't school together. I don't think there will be a feeding problem, either, as my Harlequins have always been good at feeding time. There is an issue with their numbers, though.
Harlequin Rasboras need groups of at least 6 of their own kind. 4 isn't going to work well. The Glowlight Tetras will also need at least 6 of their own kind.
A 20 gallon aquarium would work well for both species.
The rasboras will find it difficult to get food and they both cannot school. They will kind of be bossy at feeding time.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
