Mais oui! Nearly everybody in Paris speaks at least some English. The city is a major tourist destination and they know perfectly well that a lot of people speak only English.It's taught in all of the schools and is essentially mandatory.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
