Can I take a break from the pill, using an alternative birth control method, and then return to the pill?

Sure. And it is most likely a good idea. Just make sure you discuss the timing of starting and stopping with a medical professional.

There is no reason for *most* women to stop taking the pill, but if your doctor is advising you to do so for a medical issue, then yes, you can use an alternative method during your 'time off. ' Make sure to use two methods though: ie, condoms AND spermicidal foam, gel or suppository, as this will provide far better protection from unwanted pregnancy than one method alone. And PS:the 'rhythm method' is the least effective method in existence.

Hope this helps.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
