No. Your puppy surely needs to WALK (as opposed to being wheeled around in a push-chair - re your other question) but at 3 months, what should be going on, assuming she's had all her shots, is the ability to amble around (hum, ambling with a Springer!) at her own pace. Eventually she'll need more organised walking, on harder ground, but for now, she needs to get used to her collar (from day one really), walking well alongside you on her lead (puppy training classes will help with that) and only as much as she's clearly able to do without coming home worn out.
Bearing in mind dogs will do as much as is offerd, but that could well be too much. With our heavy boned breed we say no organised walking to 6 months after which gradually build up the organised walking with emphasis on gradually, until by around a year, the hound should still be sound and able to take as much, or as little as is available. Provided you bought from a knowledgeable experienced breeder, they are the people you should be looking to for answers.
Nobody knows their own breed and bloodlines better. For biting (another yestion from you) - don't let her get that 'manic' that she's doing this. When she starts, end the contact.
Stand up, say No Biting! So she should start to recognise the result of bad behaviour, take her out to empty and back to where she sleeps. Quite often when a puppy gets silly like this, they are getting over-tired, just like small kids.
She may complain at being shut away but should settle down for a nap. Give her some biscuits so she doesn't look on all of this as punishment. Just correction.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
