Can I use a prepaid cell phone with a contract service plan?

I have an existing cellular service plan but my phone is broken and they will not supply a new one at a reasonable price. Could I buy a prepaid cell phone say from WalMart and just insert my SIM card? You can: but you'll have to unlock it first. You can usually do that with a code If you search the net, you can usually find the codes for you phone - I'll give you some possible sites, but it's best to put UNLOCK CODE and your phone type and model into Google. UNLOCK CODE NOKIA 6201ior whatever.

If you how to unlock them then Yes but a better way would be to an unlocked phone Yes and no, Some prepaid phone like Tracphone are locked to being used on Tracphone only. There are ways to unlock them to do exactly what you want but depends on the make and model. The best way would be to get a unlocked GSM phone.

There are many choices if you go this route. I heard of people changing phones like if they are going to beach by moving it into a cheaper phone. That why if they ruin it by dropping into the water all they have to do is move the SIM card back into their regular and keeping on using their account.

I'm pretty sure you can so long as your cellular service provider is on a GSM network SIM cards are for GSM networks and t-mobile (just saw the topic) is on a GSM network so I think you should be able to buy a prepaid GSM enabled cell phone and just swap the SIM card.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
