No. Ethernet and phone are two different voltages. For phone, you are looking at a DC voltage of 48V, and when someone calls that number, it flips to AC 48V.
If you try to hardwire your ethernet to the phone line, you will most likely burn out your network card....and maybe other things. Ethernet is a lower voltage and transmits data. Phone mainly transmits voice or sound signals.
Try a network extender you plug it into router with ethernet and plug into wall.
