Can I view anybody's photos on Flickr?

You can view a lot of pictures on Flickr, but that is only limited to the photos of people who have set their pictures to be viewed publicly by all. When a person sets his or her photos to be viewed publicly, it would be seen by anyone; both the registered members and those that just visits the website. You do not have to pay to view publicly published photos, since you can see them by just visiting the site and logging in.

One of the ways you can see a private photo is if you are a friend or family, of the picture owner, and he or she sets the pictures to be viewed by friends and family. This setting is usually found in the privacy setting area of the Flickr account.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
