Can introverted people be good leaders?

I think there are more factors to go along with it than just pure family background. I would consider myself highly introverted while everyone else in my family likes to be out and about all the time. My cousins all get increasingly bored when they have to sit by themselves for long periods of time and start depending on getting out to hang with friends.

While I have the occasional hangout or go to a party with pals, I strongly prefer being alone for reasons I can t explain but my family are all extroverted. Keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with this lifestyle and you shouldn t change who you are just for a few people.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
