No, leave cannot be used before it is earned and an employee cannot have a negative leave balance. If an employee does not have enough accrued applicable leave to cover an absence, they will be placed in a Leave Without Pay status for those hours. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
