Can my 19 yr old get free prescriptions at Uni.?

Yes she will need to register near where she is at uni, you can apply for free prescriptions on the basis of low income for a 19 yr old. The form is available from some pharmacies or yr local health authority. Once you have sent off the form with evidence of income you still need to pay for any prescriptions (apart from the contraceptive pill which is always free) until you get the certificate however keep the receipts and you can claim a refund within 3 months once you have the certificate.
