No I think somebody stole your car. You need to report it to the police, ask your apartment if they took it, or call the towing companies in your area to see if they have it.

No, it can't get taken just for having a permit. Did the finance company repossess it or was it stolen? An apartment complex may authorize a tow company to take cars that are not working, not properly registered or inspected.

I would check the with apartment manager for the tow company and check with them first. If that tow does not have your car then check with the police.

Having a permit has nothing to do with your car being missing. It's either been stolen or impounded.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
