Can my sister, who is on Medicaid in California move to my state of Nebraska and still receive Medicaid?

Because air travel between countries is generally well monitered due to customs. Even if you go from a private airfield in Maine to a private airfield in Canada and they are wondering how drugs are getting smuggled in they may look at the possibility of drugs coming in my air travel. So they'll look at radar and flight plans.

Any aircraft flying between two private airfields in two different countries will automatically be classified as suspicious. As why the hell would you do that? To do something illegal of course.

There's customs checks at state owned airfields so you won't be able to get drugs through them. So while you may have some success early on they will find you because you'll be blatently obvious as soon as they consider the possibility of drugs being smuggled in by air.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
