Can noise be successfully mitigated?

In areas where allowable noise thresholds are exceeded, special mitigation measures can be used to suppress and reduce noise to levels to meet acceptable ranges as prescribed by the Federal Transit Administration. In the EIS, UTA will conduct a detailed noise analysis.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
