Can patrons drink alcohol on a patio outside the establishment?

If the establishment owns the land area then it is quite likely patrons may be allowed to do so. However it also depends on local legislation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
