Can somebody tell me how Soccer teams are selected to compete in the world championship tournaments?

The host country for a World Cup is chosen many years in advance. The world governing body FIFA (which is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland) accepts bids / applications from a number of countries (sometimes two countries will make a combined bid, such as the successful Japan / South Korea bid in 2002) and assess the applications based on the quantity, size, quality, and overall suitability of that country's stadia, and other relevant infrastructure. This year's World Cup takes place in South Africa, the 2014 tournament will be in Brazil, and the race for the 2018 World Cup is now starting to hot up, with England expected to be one of the countries tabling a bid.

The host nation qualifies automatically for the tournament. Until 2006, the holders of the trophy also qualified automatically. Each continent (or “confederation”) has their own qualifying competitions to determine the remaining participants. It varies slightly from zone to zone; Europe (as a result of 9 qualifying groups and a series of play-offs) currently makes up 13 of the teams at a World Cup.

4 qualify from the South American zone, 3 from CONCACAF (North / Central America), 5 from Africa, 3 from Asia, 1 from Oceania. There are then 2 more places decided by play-offs between teams from different continents. The World Cup is certainly the most important international tournament!

Other important tournaments are the European Championship (also every four years), the Copa America (South American championship) and the African Nations Cup.

They either qualified by topping or placing second on their groups on their respective zones. Others qualified by virtue of winning on the playoffs. The allocation of slot for the different zones depends on the strength of the member nations.

Here are the lists of countries and how they qualified: South Africa automatically qualifies as host. As you build your team, you can compete in tournaments with higher rewards, then get into trading (look on youtube for tips) to start getting large amounts of coins to buy quality players. Buy them in the proper formation to create chemistry links between your players, otherwise they may not perform so well in game.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
