Can someone shed light on this hypothetical moral dilemma?

You never want it to go that far.2 months ago I learned the degree of anger it takes to commit murder. I sat in my house one night & heard the sound of bloody blue murder occur in my neighbor's house. I never thought it would turn into a homocide Murder is murder.

No. Now before I get blasted, let me explain. I have NO tolerance for abuse, and believe a person should exit the very FIRST time it happens.

But the key word in this question is "repeated". That means the person being abused has stayed and allowed themselves to be abused for a while. If you are stupid enough to stay with an abuser, you are going to be abused.

And the abuse usually gets worse as time goes on. You have no right to kill them because you suddenly decide you have had enough.

It depends on the state laws, the exact circumstances, AND the jury.

If you have traveled across country repeatedly and been followed with no help . NO.

I would say so , if your getting beat all the time and there is no other way out then you have to realize a person can take just so much until they snap.

Maybe in self defense I guess. Idk its up to the courts to decide.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
