Can someone with a learner's permit drive outside of the state in which it was issued?

Maybe It varies on which state you are driving from. In Missouri, where I reside, you cannot drive out of state unless you have acquired your Full Driver's Licsence. Intermediate Liscenced drivers can only be out on the road IN STATE and during daylight hours only, except when traveling between work/school and the driver's place of residence.

Learner's permits are required to stay with in the the city limits of where they reside(whether it be inside the limits or out of), I strongly urdge to check the State Law where you reside, before attempting to drive anywhere on a learner's permit. Connecticut - Yes. See weblink.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
