Just because he deactivated his account doesn't mean his account and the messages he sent can't be accessed by the police. If they do happen to catch him he'll be charged with identity theft.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
