No. The ligand of Taq polymerase is completely inert. It does not interact with any other of the PCR components and is fully compatible with all subsequent PCR applications and detection methods.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
