Can U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcemen ICE investigates B-2 visa violation if someone enroll full Course of Study in public Highschool?

Hard to say without knowing what they were going to court for. If it was a non-felonious immigration matter they can expect to be detained upon entry and released back into society with a court order they can ignore a second time. Having children doesn't change anything.
